1. The service
KaapiPass provides digital loyalty stamp cards, a staff stamping tool, an owner dashboard and offer notifications for cafes. Customers use the card for free.
2. Fees
₹1,000 per calendar month (Indian Standard Time) including 200 stamps, then ₹2 per stamp, with the monthly total capped at ₹2,500. A one-time joining (setup) fee of ₹499 is added to the cafe's first invoice only; it is outside the monthly cap and is not charged again. KaapiPass may waive it in writing (for example, for founding pilot cafes). Fees are final; no GST is added. Undone stamps are not billed. Invoices are issued after each month ends and are payable within [15] days.
3. Your responsibilities
- Show customers the privacy notice and get their consent through the join flow. Don't add people without it.
- Keep staff PINs and owner passwords private.
- Honour rewards earned on your card.
- Send offers only to members who opted in, and keep them truthful.
4. Data
You are the Data Fiduciary for your members' data; KaapiPass is your Data Processor under the Data Processing Terms.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't yet offer a contractual uptime commitment.
6. Ending the service
Either side may end the service with [30] days' notice. You can export your member list before it ends.
